Production and delivery estimates

Printed for you. Production is generally 2 to 7 business days after the order reaches the printer. Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. generally takes another 2 to 5 business days.

Estimated total: 4 to 12 business days after submission to production. Order approval time is additional. Weekends, holidays, supplier backlogs and carrier delays can extend arrival. Other U.S. destinations can take longer. Estimates are not guaranteed.

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95 below $65, or free at $65 or more after discounts and before tax. Items may arrive separately. Gift wrapping is not offered.

Order early for holiday gifts. We have not published a guaranteed Christmas arrival date. Choose by garment measurements: made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.

Choose the right fit

Adult tees use Comfort Colors 1717 relaxed unisex sizing. Adult hoodies use Gildan 18500 classic unisex sizing. Youth tees and hoodies have their own measurements, shown on each product page. Measure a garment that fits the recipient rather than relying only on a familiar size label.

Returns and damaged items

Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.

For a damaged, misprinted or incorrectly supplied item, email Daniel with your order number and clear photos within 14 days of delivery. Confirmed defects qualify for a replacement or refund. Contact us before returning an item.

Sending a gift

You can use a recipient’s supported U.S. shipping address at checkout. Review the address carefully. Gift wrapping is not offered, and products from different printers may arrive separately.
